Optimum Performance
Through the combination of separate filtration and humidification media, selected independently for their optimum performance against respective criteria, Cory products deliver excellent filtration and heat/ moisture exchange properties.

All Cory Bros filtration products have been independently assessed by Nelson laboratories in the USA and the MDA. Cory Bros being an approved MDA manufacturer.

Ergonomic Design
The distinctive ergonomic shape provides laminar flow across the entire surface of the filter/HMEs media, maximising effectiveness and longevity. Filtration and HME effects are distributed over the entire area as gas flow is not concentrated between the gas entry and exit ports. Patient comfort is ensured, particularly when filter/HMEs are in contact with skin, by the design shaping and smooth edges.

Unobtrusive
The design makes the units relatively low profile and unobtrusive in the breathing circuit. Low deadspace (compressible volume) and weight make the units safe and easy to use, especially with children.

Convenient and Cost Effective
ISO Standard 9360 15/22mm male and female fittings and 'Luer-lock' ports for gas analysis, with tethered caps are standard, offering convenience, cost effectiveness and safety by limiting the need for additional connectors, so reducing the risk of circuit leaks.

Manufacturing and Environment
Cory HEPA and FilterVent Filter/HMEs are hygienically manufactured and packed, ready for immediate use. Each individual unit is tested for filtration efficiency, resistance and leakage. Cory Bros. Ltd is registered to BS EN ISO 9002: 1994 Quality Standards. Incineration of Cory HEPA and FilterVent/HMEs produces carbon dioxide and water. No chlorofluorocarbons or halogens have been used in the manufacturing process.
